Multicultural background – Interpreting has always been part of my life
Cultural diversity from an early age.
Originally from Estonia and raised trilingual in Germany (Estonian, Russian and German), multilingualism and intercultural understanding have always been a natural part of my life.
My first interpreting experience was at primary school, when I helped two siblings from Kazakhstan communicate with the school administration. I can no longer remember my second interpreting assignment, as interpreting has simply been second nature to me ever since.
Today, I consider both German and Russian to be my native languages, which I use actively.

Today, I work as a certified translator and interpreter for English and am delighted to be able to pursue my passion for languages in such a challenging and varied profession.
In doing so, I also draw on my professional experience in international sales, business development, marketing and communication for the benefit of my clients.
Whatever the size or scope of a project, I place particular importance on quality, meeting deadlines and confidentiality. A structured approach, attention to detail and empathy are central to the way I work.
I see my clients as partners. I value open communication, mutual trust and working together to achieve the best possible outcome for each project.

As Export Sales Manager for a British manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE) based in Oxford, UK, I was responsible for sales in the DACH region, Italy and Eastern Europe, with a particular focus on Russia and selected CIS countries.
This role allowed me to use my language skills on a daily basis, travel to many interesting countries and gain valuable insights into the business processes and market structures of leading international companies.

As Business Development Manager, I played a key role in developing the Energiepark Hirschaid, the first EU green building, as a venue for the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) industry.
Today, Energiepark Hirschaid is a distinctive event venue known across Europe for sustainable B2B events, including meetings, conferences, trade fairs, product presentations and political party conferences with up to 1,000 participants.
03 Marketing & Communication

As Head of Marketing and Communications at element-e group AG, I was responsible for both online and offline communications. Later, I organised national and international B2B events with up to 1,000 participants, including meetings, conferences, trade fairs and political party conferences at regional and national level.
This position not only led to many interesting encounters but also gave me valuable insights into technological developments at leading companies and broadened my perspective on contemporary political challenges.
I remain connected to element-e group AG in an advisory capacity to this day.
