As Export Sales Manager in the export sales department of a British manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE) in Oxford, UK, I was responsible for sales in the DA-CH region, Italy and Eastern Europe – with a focus on Russia and selected CIS countries.
In this role, I was able to use my language skills on a daily basis, travel to many interesting countries, and gain valuable insights into the processes and market structures of leading international companies.

As Business Development Manager, I played a key role in the business development of the first EU green building – the Energiepark Hirschaid – in the MICE industry. Today, the Energiepark Hirschaid is an unparalleled event location known throughout Europe for sustainable B2B events such as meetings, conferences, trade fairs, product presentations, and party conferences with up to 1,000 participants.

As Head of Marketing and Communications at element-e group AG, I was responsible for both online and offline communications. Later I organized national and international B2B events with up to 1,000 participants – including meetings, conferences, trade fairs, and party congresses at both regional and national levels.

This position not only brought exciting encounters, but also offered valuable insights into technological developments at leading companies and allowed me to gain a broader perspective on today’s political challenges. To this day, I remain connected to element-e group AG in an advisory capacity.
